My Met Gala, 2013 | “PUNK: Chaos to Couture” Top 5!

I don't usually cover events, it just isn't my thing. I thoroughly enjoy attending them but as a joyous participant vs. media personnel with the responsibility to "work". With that being said, the Met Gala isn't your average event (& I wasn't invited) *cue the trombone solo*... but that didn't stop me from thoroughly enjoying the magical affair from afar, with a delightful shade of envy. Here are my Top 5 fashions from the most magical night of the year! 1. Blake Lively (Gucci Premiere, with custom Lorraine Schwartz jewels)               2. Taylor Swift (J. Mendel with Lorraine Schwartz jewels)               3. Anne Hathaway (vintage Valentino, with Valentino Garavani)               4. Cara Delevingne (Burberry)               5. Joan Smalls (Tom Ford with Tom Ford)               Yes, I'm admittedly partial to black & no, not all of these looks are perfectly on "theme" but for an evening of this dramatic & glamorous magnitude, I say go all out! Wear the dress that speaks to you & rock it! Attending the Met Gala would be a fairy tale dream come true... and it will happen... someday! ♥
