This was my ensemble of choice for the last day of Lucky FABB... a beautiful outdoor brunch at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, which provided one last opportunity to network, snap photos, meet/greet and spend quality time with hundreds of fellow fashion + beauty bloggers... that is, until it was time to call a Uhaul for the MASSIVE Swag Bag we all departed with!!
It truly was an amazing weekend! I can't thank Lucky Magazine enough, for the invitation & the fantastic experience!!

Lucky FABB – Day 1
Last weekend I took a quick trip to LA for the Lucky FABB - Fashion & Beauty Blog Conference hosted by Lucky Magazine - and it was FAB!! Unfortunately, my photographer wasn't available to join me on the trip, so my ensemble choices for that weekend went uncaptured... until now!
Leather Jacket (Wasteland - Similar) | Silver Fringe Necklace (Aldo - Similar) | Black Crop Top (Nordstrom) | Silver Watch (Michael Kors) | Railroad Spike Cuff (ShopBop) | Engraved Bracelet (Etsy) | Midi Rings (Nordstrom) | Striped Midi Skirt (Bebe - Similar) | Shoulder Bag (Shoe Dazzle) | Black Ankle Boots (Michael Kors) | Nail Polish (Deborah Lippmann - "It's Raining Men")
This ensemble was my choice for Lucky FABB Day #1: a full day of celebrity style discussions (Hello! Eva Chen, Nicole Richie, Sophia Amoruso, Karolina Kurkova, January Jones, Coco Rocha, etc.), cocktails, brand experiences, expert breakout sessions, a gifting suite & networking GALORE!! Sounds rough, right!? I've never been surrounded by so many friendly, like-minded & fabulously dressed individuals!! {I.will.be.back!} It really was an absolutely stellar day but it was long & I was on/off my feet for a large portion of it; so I'm very glad I chose booties vs. open-toed, strappy heels!
Layering is also very important when it comes to dressing for events/conferences like this one. You never know how warm or freezing cold the event space will be and don't underestimate how quickly those temps can fluctuate. My leather jacket was on, off, back on & then draped across my shoulders for most of the day. Originally, this jacket was selected as a key piece for my overall look (aesthetically) but it ultimately served a practical purpose as well - love that!

Spring into Fashion
Flower Crown (Cute Addicts) | Floral Maxi (Alice & Olivia) | Gold Earrings (Kendra Scott)| Gold Cuff (Vince Camuto) | Gold Midi Rings (Gorjana) | Green Clutch (Mossimo - Similar or Similar) | Gold Heels (Shoe Dazzle) | Nail Polish (Deborah Lippmann - "It's Raining Men")
I wore this feminine & floral ensemble to the Phoenix Fashion Week "Spring into Fashion" show on Friday night (more on that later). When piecing together the perfect look, I knew I wanted to embrace the Spring theme and go with a floral dress of some kind (floral is not usually my go-to, so some shopping was in order) and this Alice & Olivia maxi was an even greater piece than I had imagined! I stumbled upon the flower crown while searching for the right accessories online & thought it complimented the overall look in a great way... and really, how often can you wear a flower crown!? The green clutch provided a fab pop of color & the gold accessories pulled some shine into the sunny-Spring aesthetic.
It never hurts to let your girly side run wild every now & again. I loved this look AND this amazing dress!! Keep your eyes peeled for that flower crown too, I might just pop it back on when you least expect it.
Tell me! What colors, patterns or styles are you loving for Spring??

The Wine Bottle Cascade Chain Necklace I'm wearing is from Hearts, an extraordinary company that produces and designs low-impact, environmentally sustainable, ethically sourced/produced, fair trade certified and recycled products. Can you believe this beautiful necklace is made from the recycled glass of wine bottles!? The pieces were hand cut to create the two elegant shapes and linked together with plated iron chains.
From a collection boasting a luminous glow, these exclusive Hearts designs stem from the coined instructions to “drink it, then wear it.” A product from the hands of an Atlanta, Georgia local, each crafted accessory has once served a previous life as a glass bottle. From wine, soda and beer bottles, this recycled line features individually selected glass bottles that are then cut, sanded and linked together for an accessory that transforms into wearable art. Both stylish and socially conscious, these one of a kind Hearts pieces forces you to see your favorite brands and drinks in a whole new way; a sustainable, trendy and unexpectedly glamorous way. A product of just one artisan, up-cycled glass has never been so fashionable. By purchasing this Wine Bottle Cascade Chain Necklace you are helping to redirect discarded materials from our landfills to your wardrobe! Can I tell you how thrilled I am to have such a beautiful necklace made from pieces of a wine bottle hanging from my neck!? Thrilled! And I couldn't think of a more appropriate pairing than this gorgeous Bel & Beau maxi skirt! A little fancy on Monday never hurt anyone & the compliments just kept on coming!! PS: If you like this Hearts piece, you should see all of their other amazing & unique products! Really.
